DESCRIPTION:

Boat charter takes place with a new well-equipped charter boat Qooqa 600. It is passenger approved for transport of 6 pax and is equipped with statutory rescue equipment.

In some cases we will have our Nuummit 19 with us as a companion boat.

Charter:
Calculation of prices is based on the charter period, which begins when the dinghy leaves Kangerlussuaq port and ends when the dinghy is back in Kangerlussuaq.
Minimum charter sailing: 2 hours.

Charter prices:
Charter, First hour, incl. start-up: 4600 dk.kr
Then per. time: 1200 dk.kr
Surcharge for sailing in the period 18.00-08.00: DKK 500
Supplement for emergency call per. days: 4800 dk.kr

General terms and conditions

Cancellation due to the weather will only be up to the captain.

If the captain cancels a voyage due to the weather or otherwise, no invoice will be sent and any advance payments will be refunded 100%.

For cancellations or cancellations by the customer, the following will apply:

 

*Cancellations received longer than 60 days before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 0% of the trip price (or refunded 100% of prepayment).

 

*Cancellations received longer than 14 days before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 12% of the trip price (or refunded 88% of prepayment).

 

*Cancellations received longer than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 25% of the trip price (or refunded 75% of prepayment).

 

*Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 50% of the trip price (or refunded 50% of prepayment).

 

*Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure time will trigger billing of 100% of the trip price (or refunded 0% of prepayment).

 

At Polar Trophy Hunt, we strive to complete voyages in the best possible way.

And even under the best of conditions, operational disruptions due to unforeseen technical problems can occur.
